I am still not sure that was a face mask. I think it was, but I can be persuaded the other direction. Why can't a face mask be a reviewable play?

 

I didn't see him grab it on replay but I can see how they called it as Rodgers head did jerk to the side so it definitely looked liked it. It looked like he more or less grazed it and grabbed the jersey. According to rulebook, it shouldn't have been a penalty:

 

Article 14 of the NFL rulebook states: "No player shall grasp and control, twist, turn, push, or pull the facemask of an opponent in any direction.

 

"If a player grasps an opponent's facemask, he must immediately release it. If he does not immediately release it and controls his opponent, it is a foul."

Even if there was a replay I think it would have stood based on the lack of conclusive evidence to the contrary. It did look like the defensive player got his thumb caught in the helmet to me, though.
