Trimble County questions.

Featured Replies

How good can David Bird be? I know he is a junior who rushed for 1,100 yards last season. What his his Height and weight?

Josh Jones goes 280 and plays tightend. How tall is the manchild?

How good do you think he will be?

Thanks.

With the numbers growing to the high 30's and a ton of returning players can this team improve on their 3-7 record?

How well will the two transfers from Shawnee fit in?(Donte Jones and Corey Jones)

Trimble will be a team that might be the district runner up this season. Of course the won't beat Danville. But they have the talent and depth to beat the rest of the district.

Tell me more about the Shawnee transfers.

I read one is a Fullback/Linebacker and the other is a linemen.

Does anyone know their size or class?

David Bird has grown alot over the winter, he is now up to 195 lbs.David is a very good back that moved from WR when Poynter came in and avg over 7 yards a carry. Josh Jones is 6'0, and benched 375 at the 2005 state meet in E-town.

The Jones brothers should help alot to a team that lost only 1 starter on both sides of the ball. Donta is 6'0 285 Sr. FB/LB 5.1- 40 and Corey is 6'1 300lb. Jr. OL/DL.

Trimble should be better if injuries stay away. Not very much depth.

Didn't Trimble have a long losing streak before this coach got there last year? He must be doing a nice job if they went 3-7 last season and a lot of kids are coming out for the upcoming year! Sounds like they are turning things around!!! Keep up the good work!!!
