Depends on who they hire. They need someone who can recruit with the big boys of the ACC(Clemson and Florida State).

Depends on a lot. If Maryland hires better than them it could be bad in their recruiting area.

They need a good hire. It's a good job but not a great one.

Look for Rich Rod to be the #1 target for Va Tech...unless LSU is stupid and fires Les Miles before they can hire Rich.

I don't know, I was thinking that VaTech should hire Miles instead of Rich Rod if LSU is dumb enough to fire Miles.
