KHA U16 Red got a big 2-1 win over top CASL team today.

Heard that today KHA U16 Red had a big 2-1 win over the the Florida State Camps and Nationals Winner!

That would be true hoops.

 

Down 1-0 at half, played well the second half and got 2 goals to get another good win

[Yellow Card]

KHA U16 Red ended the weekend 2-1 and took second place in the top division, there were a total of 14 divisions in the U16 age group this weekend.

 

Lost 2-0 against SC United today. Conceded the second goal while pushing forward late in the match in hopes of getting a tie and winning the group. SC United is currently ranked 13th in the country.

Very disappointing showcase. Both LFC u18 and KHA u18 only got to play 1.5 games. This mornings games were cancelled even though the fields were in decent shape. Long trip for very little soccer.... Especially when we should have played today.

All our boys played very well that weekend.

 

As for my boy being pleased with his play, I am not sure he ever is, which has it's pros and cons. The good news is, over the past several weeks he has heard from coaches that were pleased with his play.

It has to be encouraging for him to know that coaches are positive about his play.

 

I wish him, and all our NKY players, well throughout the club and show case seasons.
