UHA has recieved a transfer that could provide them some help next season. Listed as a 6'8 Center he is a relative of the Langhi family here in Hopkinsville. Donny and Mike Langhi attended Hopkinsville High School until transferring to Marshall Co.. Donny played his senior year at MCHS while Mike played his junior and senior seasons there. They are cousins to Dan Langhi former Marshall Co. and Vanderbilt star.

 

He is said to have played with them last night at Hopkinsville High School in a summer tournament against Henderson Co. He said to be coachable, fundamentally sound, and ofcourse has the size. He moved to Hopkinsville from the Nashville, Tennessee area.

How did he do aganist Henderson?

His name is Ryan Langhi. Listed at 6-9 in most reports, Langhi started for Father Ryan in Nashville. He isn't considered a big-time prospect, but he is 6-9 and should make a big impact at University Heights.

The sisters of Donny and Mike Langhi played basketball at UHA. Their Father has owned a factory in Hopkinsville for several years.

 

Against Henderson Co. he looked alright not breath taking. At times they missed him open down low. He won't be their 1st, 2nd, or maybe not even their 3rd option. Those rolls go to Juniors 6'5 Scotty Hopson, 6'3 Tyshwan Edmondson, and 5'10 Guard Da'Quan Brown should emerge as a threat for the Blazers next season. Overall UHA's Junior class will be loaded.
