I agree and I have watched college. You don't see the D1 pitchers crow hop. That is why you rarely see it called in college. I don't remember saying that they did. What I am saying is that I have seen a TON of pitchers in tournaments all over from little girls up, and too often, they allow them to crow hop. The umps need to call it because if they do, it will stop. I know that most of the little league coaches in our area work with their girls NOT to crow hop or to even start that habit. It is an easy call to make IF the umps will just watch for it.
