October 6, 201510 yr Looks like the upcoming weekend will start out on the rainy side on Friday. We look to have the best chance for precipitation on Friday and will start to dry out on Saturday. Most of Kentucky from about I-65 eastward could see .25-.5" of rain. As of now most of that look to come on Friday. West of I-65 could see a .10-.25" of rain. I'll update as we get closer. October 6, 201510 yr Author One thing I need to add is that once the front passes on Friday we could see lows Saturday morning in the mid to upper 40s. The highs Saturday afternoon look to be in the mid 60s.

Hard to watch football on a sunny 80 degree day, always end up outside. As of now on Sunday, west of I-75 we are looking at temps in low to mid 70s. East of I-75 high 60s to low 70s. Almost zero chance of rain.
October 7, 201510 yr Author As of this morning portions of Kentucky are in a marginal risk area for strong to severe storms on Friday. SEKY is the main area of concern. I'll post updates as we get closer.
October 8, 201510 yr Author The marginal threat area has been dropped for EKY. Showers and possible thunderstorms should start early Friday morning and last off and on throughout the day. Most of Kentucky is looking at having rain by around 8 am. EKY looks to receive the most rain with around an 1" predicted to fall. The good news is the rain should start clearing by Saturday morning.

The area you asked about is looking at around a 95% chance of rain and possible thunderstorms from around 8 am to about 2pm. Rain should continue through out the evening to around 8 pm. I don't think it will rain continuously but the chance is there. The rain should clear the Cincinnati/NKY around 2 am and now it is looking little or no rain chance on Saturday. Total rain fall amount looks to be around .25-.50" of accumulation. Of course it could be higher under any thunderstorms that may develop.

October 9, 201510 yr Author Watching the game between Houston and Kansas City. I heard them say that the rain came out of no where. This is the same front that will bring us our rain tomorrow. It is hard for me to believe that the weather forecasters in that area missed this completely.
