But looking at the video I am not surprised he couldn't hit any harder than that, seeing all the cops in the video it's obvious being in good physical condition is not exactly high on the priority list. October 5, 201511 yr Looking at that and seeing that he was previously fired for a similar act I'm thinking this isn't the correct career choice for that guy.
