The KHSAA site had this game listed as a 4:00 o'clock start but I heard HC requested to move the varsity game up so that they could make it to a community service project at the Hosea House.

 

The boys will be feeding the homeless/less fortunate families of Newport. It's a good thing they didn't feed NCC like they did Cooper the other night.

This is a surprise and more so given Holy Cross is 0-4-1 in their last 5 games leading up to this one and the highest ranked team HC has beat up to this game was #47 Connor.

NCC loosing to the #78 team, is all of that preseason conditioning catching up to NCC? You want your team peaking conditioning wise and playing wise come mid October not the end of July.

No worries, rematch with this #78 in little over a week and with #150 Holmes the game prior to get you right again.

Not a good time for NCC to slip up. Hopefully they can regroup for post season. Atleast they get a free pass to regionals!
