Nope, I thought South would beat North, but tonight I'm picking Mother Nature to beat both teams.

South should win against Middlesboro. I believe the coaching move of the tournament was moving Arthur to right field. She made two catches that WERE CRUCIAL against North. Two big plays that don't need to be overlooked.

 

Is she a younger sister of Rachel Arthur who played a couple years ago?

Haven't you guys figured it out yet? If you print something nice about North or South Laurel, you have to know by know that a few fans on the other side feel that they were slighted and that your paper gives them no respect at all.

 

You will never make both sides entirely happy as long as you cover both teams. I know folks who have actually measured pictures to see which was bigger a NL or SL photo. I know others who were mad when the paper featured SL after they won the Sweet 16 and others when NL won the state softball title. It's madness I tell you, ... madness!

 

But don't lump us all together. You guys do a great job in covering the kids on both sides of town and that is what it is all about!
