They could throw Price or Fitzpatrick and beat Lincoln; Lincoln just doesn't have another pitcher to turn to...

From what i heard. Mercer county had 3 of there big hitters that haven't seen left handed pitching all year. Jordy Molen came after them. Solid win for the Jumpers after there embarassing loss to Rock last week. i think they could make a run if there pitching holds up. Which it seems with jordy molen on the mound it can't.

Don't you mean it can hold up? Molen has been pitching great of late. :dancingpa

Molen may not impress people with his size, velocity, etc., but he flat out gets the job done. For my money, he's one of the two or three best pitchers in the 12th region, and I sure never thought I'd say that before the season started.

Yes he has pitched great and backed it up yesterday by pitching a great game and getting out of some tough jams against arguably the best team in the region.

Somerset's 6 hitter actually had the big hit that won this one. Toohey hit a two run single with bases juiced in the top of the 6th to put the game on ice.
