The year has been good to Spencer County so far, turning in perhaps one of the more surprising 4-0 starts. Their latest win was over Bullitt East 41-23, and has landed them in the top 10. They face one of their tougher tests this week in another Bullitt team, Bullitt Central. The Cougars are also 4-0 on the year most recently pasting Jeffersontown 51-22. Who gets to 5-0?

Bullitt Central. Spencer has had a great start against some weak competition. I think with all the excitement with they start they will also be looking forward to playing Collins next week instead of BC.

looking at both schedules

BC

Madison Southern 1-2

Fairdale 0-3

Southern 1-3

J-town 1-3

Spencer

Bardstown 2-1 only loss Spencer

Nelson County 2-2

East Jessamine 3-1 only loss Spencer

BE 0-4

Looks like Spencer has played the tougher of the 2 schedules. Should be a great game in Shepherdsville come Friday night

I'll take defense and the better running game. Spencer by two scores.

Spencer and Bullitt Central are both having great seasons....both teams have made great strides over the last few seasons. Spencer=ground attack---BC=air attack. Should be a good one. Whoever gets to dictate the pace of the game will probably win. I am going to take Spencer 35-28.
