The JV Tigers were never threatened in this one. St Xavier led 21-14 at the half and were able to put the Bees away after a pair of fumbles. Central was guilty of dropping many passes (more than 10). The Yellowjackets broke off a couple of decent runs but the Tigers had much more success. Sophomores led the offensive charge for the Tigers including QB Albers, RB Ginter, RB Metzmeier, & WR Seger. Junior wideout Matthew Smith also contributed.

On the defensive side, Sophomores Mulvihill, Uhls, Bruner and Rueff had their names called repeatedly. A pair of junior DBs played the majority of the game. Their names were not disclosed.

Central did not provide a roster for this game. Ten minute quarters were played.

Was this a JV game?

Yes. I sent you a PM.

Good job Tigers. We're both Rbs sophomores?
