Final. A little sloppy but it's early.

This Flyer team has the parts to be pretty good this season. I can see them going very deep in the playoffs.

 

Who played well for the Flyers?

All the skill kids looked good. #3 ,#18 and #5 with the biggest plays. #8 looked good too. QB #9 with a few big runs too. If the O line stays healthy look out.

Defense needs work and the qb needs to finish drives a little better. A lot of runs up the gut vs the varsity linebackers.

 

JV and Freshman defenses were solid for the flyers really flying around. Offense was very soft for the young Flyers. Back to work FCHS

I was impressed with Franklin County's OL. There were new faces out there and they did well. Overall a good outing for the Flyers if they can improve as they should I look for a real positive year. The defense looked solid with NG Jimmy Lewis in the backfield almost every play. The Defensive line looked solid as a team on paper coming into the game and as the game unfolded they did not let FC down at all. Doss was a extremely athletic looking team and had a few nice size players. They were able to hit a few running plays but never could put together a drive without penalties or turning the ball over.
