Another agonizing loss for the Mustangs.

 

Mustangs fail to score with bases loaded and no outs in the first inning then give up five unearned runs in fifth to seal our doom.

 

Game ends with tying runs on base and winning run at the plate.

 

Clay Kramer, the Mustang ace, was the starter and loser.

Sounds like a repeat of the Mason County-Brosssart game.

I've often said that if I had one slug and a 30-30 (figure of speach) per race, I'd be a fantastic horse player.

 

The same applies to this Brossart baseball team. Allow us to eliminate one inning per ballgame, and we've got a nice W-L record.

 

Of course, many other teams could make that claim. You've got to be effective all seven to win consistently, but this group seems to be exceptionally snake bit in this arena.
