Driver was probably on drugs.

This is not far from where I live. My friends and I were discussing last night.

 

At first we assumed it was a suicide attempt, but we figured often times people who commit suicide don't take others' lives as well. But who knows.

 

Scary situation. Prayers to all those affected.
