April 9, 201511 yr Sad read. I have often thought most college coaches' lives are filled more with despair, longing, emptiness than not. Just think of how many assistant coaches jobs are out there, and low level head jobs with guys just hoping beyond hope to move up to where they really want to be. I'm quite sure it can be a tough life.
