Hawkins will be a Junior next year he can shoot from outside real good.

 

Saw Hawkins play over the summer. You're right, he can shoot and is a very good player. Will likely end up being one of the better players in the entire region. I cannot remember the last guard his size in the 8th region.

Simon Kenton should be pretty good next year they return some good size.

Kelch saw a lot more varsity minutes than Williams last year and Hawkins is too good not to start over either Walker or Racke.

Williams played a lot more than Kelch. They will all get alot of playing time no matter who starts SK has a lot of kids returning.

You are right. Racke, Williams, Harney, Morrison, Kincaid, Carter and Vance will still be playing football at the start of the season.

They struggled this year because of injuries and 2 kids quit.

IMO it may be a time for change at the head coaching position. Just seems to always have the talent but never wins the big games.

Steiner is a great coach. They had 4 or 5 kids who had injuries. Mullins, Racke, Walker all missed games. Hawkins was out the entire season.

That has been true in the last few years. This year they played down the stretch and in the tournament with only 6 varsity players which is tough (Mullins, Fries, Sammons, Cottrell, Robinson & Pracht).

I also heard Poore is returning, sat out Junior year. Any truth in that?
