Poker Game Question

Featured Replies

A player Is playing at the only table and a 2nd table gets started. Everybody knows 2nd table is a lot more action. So one player cashes out and drives down the street and comes back 25 minutes later to get on 2nd table. I know home games have their own rules but it made a lot mad. We seldom have more than 1 table so it's never came up. What should the rule be?

Hmm. How do poker rooms in casinos handle a player switching tables? That would offer some guidance.

Home game it's kinda bush league IMO. Was his seat still open at that table when he got back?

It was bush league. He wanted to leave first table after he saw that enough got there to start 2nd table and the players at 2nd table were a lot looser.

I don't care for that; now if we're playing a lower $ hold'em tournament and a cash game breaks out with remaining players I tend to get rid of my chips quickly to play cash game.

I agree but both tables were the same game same limits.
