Featured Replies

Well this is 100th win as the Bulldogs head coach

That's not true. This is only his second year as the head coach at Holmes.

It might be his 100 win between NH and Holmes. I didn't add up his wins at NH. I was told it was a lot, but that may not be true. I don't really know how long he was there as the head coach.

I believe most of those years at North Hardin were spent as an assistant coach on the boys team.

Tony was the Assistant Coach for North Hardin Boys for a pretty good amount of years. I played at North Hardin while he was there, including a 1994 2nd Round Sweet 16 appearance, and let me tell you, Perkins ran that team! No disrespect to the Legendary Ron Bevars. Perkins is one hell of a Coach! I did not realize that he was coaching Holmes. I see now why they are doing so well!

Watched Nell last night who has to be the active coach with most wins and made me appreciate Tony's 100th. The stress these coaches go through is amazing. Keep up the good work for the kids Tony. There should be a special place in heaven for High School coaches!
