Cov. Holy Cross vs Owensboro Catholic (All A State semi finals) Predictions

Featured Replies

Looking at prior games on both teams schedules Highlands is the only opponent that both teams have played. Owensboro Catholic won in overtime by 3, Holy Cross won in double overtime by 1! Sounds like a great game will be played tomorrow, who wins and why?

Looking forward to a tough/close game this morning. From what I've heard, Owensboro Catholic is a young team. Going with experience and domination in the paint...picking HC by 6.

Do they have any up and coming players like the young lady that went to Duke?

To me this is the championship game before the championship game.

My gut tells me HC wins this one. OC is very athletic, but just don't think they have enough to beat HC. Tough to use the OC/HHS game as a measuring stick. OC beat HHS in that game and out hustled them for sure that day, but HHS shot the ball awful! I think they were about 23% from the field and like 50% from the line (a 75% free throw shooting team). Not taking anything away from OC on that day, just saying using that game as a measuring stick for the HC game may not be a good comparison.
