Next year's freshman class is going to be very strong as well. You're right, it will be interesting to watch it play out.

I can tell you I've seen some frosh play some JV and get some varsity action this year at a few schools that may not start frosh at CCH.

You're speaking the truth and I would agree 1000%, no need for the disclaimer. This years CovCath frosh are a notch above everyone IMO. Their coach does a great job of utilizing 10-12 players, at least he did last night.

 

To me it's just like we do in softball, Frosh and JV are for DEVELOPEMENT of the most players possible so they are ready for varsity action. Probably why the Colonels were so deep on last years varsity.
