January 9, 201511 yr It says why in your link. Jones didn’t pull the trigger, but a jury found he incited the melee at the strip club that precipitated the shooting
January 11, 201511 yr It says why in your link. That's what doesn't make any sense to me though. I'd think they would have to charge all of the participants that caused the damage, not hang it all on the person "who started it". I don't know details of the night, but it doesn't make much sense to me either.
