LionEagle
Got Marshall's score right... Was just a little off on NIU's. The Thundering Herd was the best mid-major team in the country this year and its not even close. Can't really explain the loss to WKU, but I would pick them over a lot of Power 5 conference schools. oldrambler
Great game by Marshall, the Herd just dominated every facet of the game. I think the total of catches for Schuler was 18 or 19. Cato, imo is the best college QB in the nation that no one was talking about all season. Tonight with just one more of many records this kid has set is that he tied the all time number (for all levels) of consecutive games with at least one TD pass at 47 games ! Shuler grew up with Cato in Miami, said those two played together on the same team from youth league thru college football. I think that they may have a pretty good knowledge / chemistry together. Those two never had to look at one another to complete a pass.
LionEagle
I am surprised more football programs don't recruit more QBs and receivers that grew up together. As these two showed over their fantastic careers, it can put up some silly numbers with the chemistry they built over so much time together.
