Hopkinsville led by over 20 at one point in the second half before the Memphis school cut the led to single digits late at the Marshall County Hoop Fest.

Kourtney Ware hit five 3-pointers for Hoptown and finished with 26 points, while Jaqualis Matlock added 17 points.

Isaiah Stokes, little brother of Jarnell Stokes (formerly UT), is being looked at by Kansas but apparently did not make the trip to Draffenville.

Hopkinsville was up 52-28...most boring game in the world. So, I went to get something to drink. Came back and it was a 7 point game with about 2 minutes to go. Haworth looked like he was ready to explode.

Had you waited in line for the BBQ nachos, Lausanne may have completed the comeback.

Haha I noticed that line a few times. I have a great picture of Bruce Pearl chowing down on BBQ nachos lol.

Hopkinsville is the number two team in the state of KY hands down, they beat number three team in the state Doss by 17 without two starters and lost two the number 2 ballard in the state without two starters. People better be on the lookout for this team Qwalis has more weapons on this team than ever before.

They are good but I'm not sure yet. I'll have to watch some other teams. I certainly expect to see Hopkinsville in Rupp Arena with a chance, though.

I'm a big fan of Hoptown as most know, but I do not know if I would not put them no.2 in the state. Lausanne was a good team, but not as good as a Ballard or Trinity in the least. They do have as tough a schedule as any KY team this year so we will know how good they really are come tourny time.

This is kind of where I'm at right now. I can't say top 2 right now. Maybe top 10.
