Nope, but it has to be either encroachment or snap infraction.

Ok checked to see about this. Now I have not seen the play in question so I have idea what exactly happened. NCAA rules address the issue but NFHS has no such designation. Now most would say it would have to be a penalty because they believe it physically impossible. If the snap was slow enough and or the defender quick enough then it could legally happen.

 

So it is not against the rules. Extremely unlikely without a penalty of some kind yes but it can happen within the rules

Now I hearing that #75 & #73 blew the center up and that caused the fumble
