Dixie Heights 2014/15

Featured Replies

Basketball season for 2014/2015 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Dixie? Remember, please be constructive.

Dixie should be greatly improved this year. Their point guard and #2 guard are a year older and worked a lot on their game. They have very solid JV players moving up who should make considerable contributions. Tibbs brings her 17 points/8 rebounds a game back for another year. She is a year stronger. This group has a very strong team chemistry which will help as well.

Doesn't look like this thread is getting much Dixie support, so I will throw my 2 cents in. Yea Tibbs is a top 3 center in the 9th region and should have a great senior year. My question is, I love the blonde sophomore point guard, I feel she is one of the best in the 9th region, I watched her play against Holly Cross in the regionals. I thought she outplayed Mcleandon. But I thought the 2 guard was a senior? So who is this secret weapon at the 2 guard?

I think this program is definitely on the rise and their district that they play in helps. Their coaching staff has done excellent work over the last couple of seasons and I look for Dixie to have a much better record this year than they did a year ago.

Agreed!
