Congratulations to Raceland, they left no doubt that they were the better team, are a better program. I hate to see the hometown Westwood kids lose, especially this bad and to the rival. i do have to say that for the school administration and staff along with any of the coaches that were here and took part in that embarrassment / cheating that has been Eagle football in the past several years - those individuals deserve it. Greed of some has made the entire Westwood community look bad, I hope that people outside of Westwood know that there are some good people here.

Contrary to my admitted dislike for the Fairview football program, believe it or not I do have some pretty good friends in Westwood . Most of which are Fairview alums from the mid, late 70's when I was in h.s. at Raceland. "Rivals" during a game, competing - friends otherwise, was good friend and fishing buddy with one of the best athetes to ever at Fairview and still stay in touch with some others. Yes, there are some good people in / from Westwood. :thumb:
