The Brodyless season premier was last night. Opinions?

 

Not sure where I am on this one. Carrie is SO messed up, Quinn is messed up, Saul is messed up, Lockhart is corrupt.

 

And for the record didn't miss Brody or his daughter.

I thought it was a great opener. In Season 3 (I think), it started off very slow. There was plenty of action in this one and I thought it was outstanding.

They should have moved on from Brody much earlier than they did. They stretched it out too long. The first season was pretty good IMO and would have been better had he died or been arrested.

I've resigned that this show will probably never be what it was in season 1. The mistake of letting Brody live on hurt them worse than I would have ever dreamed. But, it can still have great moments. Loved the warroom scenes and Carrie delivering this line, "“Take the shot. Wipe that _____ out!”

...and Carrie was 1,000,000% correct. Saul doesn't survive that situation so you take out the target.

Anyone see it as them trying to "turn" Carrie?

Loved the warroom scenes and Carrie delivering this line, "“Take the shot. Wipe that _____ out!”

 

I read today that the big screen in the scene was blank when they filmed her part. They were reading to her what was going to be in the scene while she was doing the scene.
