All I'm trying to say is to me it's seems wrong that the other 3 teams have to play each other to seed and the almighty is given the 1 seed. Has it always been this way, has there been blind draws or have they had to play?

No Cov Cath has not won every district championship.

Unless there is a random draw, why would Holmes be the #4 seed when they've beaten Latin? They should be the #3 seed and play HC. With the runner-up advancing to the regional tournament, the seeding is important.
