The Brossart Lady Stangs were ousted from the Touchstone Energy All "A" State Tournament on Saturday morning 2-1 in the quarterfinals round by Murray, the champions of Region 1/2.

 

The Lady Stangs lone score came off the foot of Amanda Graus in the first half, and had a second disallowed via an offsides call. Graus also had a one-one encounter with the keeper, who deflected her shot and preserved the victory.

 

Murray is contentious with Owensboro Catholic in the semi-finals game.
