Both teams begin 4A District 3 play Friday night at Titan Stadium. Collins is coming off a bye week following their win over rival Shelby County and Atherton is coming off their second win of the season 49-20 over Eminence. This is the first year since 2007 that Atherton has won more than one game.

Even with the success that Atherton has had this year, Collins is still an overwhelming favorite to beat the Rebels.

Any thoughts or predictions?

We will see how 2 weeks of practice has gone for the Titans. It is time to start playing some 4A football. Collins needs to win this game by at least 4 TD's. Based on what I know about Atherton, they might score once. I am going with a 38-6 Titan Win.

No offense to the good Collins folks - but like Atherton and what they are trying to do there.

Have to pull for them.

I can't blame you. I hope Atherton wins every game except for when they play Collins. You really can't help but pull for them.
