The problem you find with the teams from the "powerhouse" regions (7th and 11th especially) is that they wear each other down....

 

With that being said, I could easily see the winner of the 11th winning the state this year. I have been very impressed with Scott Co. this year, and if they get past Catholic Friday night, (I took Catholic in an upset), and win the 11th, I think they have to be mentioned as one of the three favorites to win it all.... (Pendleton and South Laurel would be my other teams I could see winning the state tournament if they get through regional play...)
