Where is this memorial tourney being played? I don't know anything about Meredith Buscher to associate her with a school.

Madison Central High School in Richmond. I'm not a 100% sure on this but I'm pretty sure she was a softball player for Madison Central but passed away at a young age. They renamed it from Madison Central Round Robin to Meredith Buscher Memorial last season.

Thanks for the info! Good luck with your tournament!

She was a softball player for Madison Central in 2009...she died in a car accident last year on I-75. Great woman that I knew personally from going to school with her at EKU. Good to see her being remembered in this way.

Thanks BoyWonder!
