Beechwood hosted the Newport Wildcats freshman team on Thursday night. The final score is actually a little more lopsided than the game. It was a 17-0 halftime score that the Tigers had to work hard to get. Then the Wildcats had two big turnovers at the start of the second half that gave Beechwood a 1 yard TD drive and an 8 yard TD drive. Things fell apart for the Wildcats after that.

This win makes the Tigers 2-0 with their next game versus Lloyd.
