McCarty was also hurt in the first game and just played a couple of minutes.

 

I remember reading comments like this after the game earlier in the season. In the end I think it was revealed that McCarty played over half the game. True, he didn't play the whole game. But he played way more than a couple of minutes, too. And nearly all observers said he didn't appear to be hampered at all by injury when he played.

 

I wasn't there, though. So I could be wrong. I'm just working off memory from a weeks-old thread.

I think Betsy Layne matches up well with Central in the post. However, I think Central's guards are better. This may be the deciding factor.

The guards of BL will be the deciding factor in this game. BL guards are small and quick, JC's are bigger and stronger. I think by the end of the game BL's guards will be wore out and JC's guard will take control of the game. jmo:walk:
