Good thing you don't make your living as a sportscaster. Who did they play Chris Berman?

They traveled all the way to the "OC" and beat Owen cty

Holy Cross beats Villa 7-0.

Looks like SK should not have any issue with getting out of the 32nd District and into the Regional Tourney this year. Are the other two in their district WV and Grant Co?

When I first saw this post I thought I was on the Football Thread!!!

Because of the spelling and grammar?

Because of the spelling and grammar?

These were two of the contributing factors. The main reason is because I am tired of seeing threads about how SK is going to RULE the HS Football world and everyone else is a joke and will be a distant second.

That's all "UK#1Fan"....he does support his team, thick or thin...

.... and maybe, just maybe, to their detriment.

Could someone let UK#1 Fan know that we have a trending thread on SK soccer? We would all benefit from his enthusiasm and insight. Kidding aside, you have to love someone that is so invested in his favorite team.

You do have a point... It would be helpful if we knew how many Division 1 prospects they have on the pitch.

Over the years I don't think your schools like SK, Dixie, Scott, etc have had any true D1 players. Sure... D3, NAIA, handful of D2, but not of D1 caliber. I'd be curious to see out of all the schools in NKY who has gone D1 through the years.

Unbiasedcoach... Sorry, there was no seriousness in my post above, we were actually poking fun at UK#1Fan... a very loyal supporter of SK!!!

Not sure about D1 players at these schools through the years but I can tell you that Scott has one this year, Treadway is heading to UK.

Oh I know, but it got me thinking. When you think about the dispersed talent across KY, specifically with a heavy concentration down I-71 towards Louisville, it would be interesting to see a compiled list.

I heard about Treadway. If he can keep his head on straight/kick the attitude he'll do well there. Good to see he's getting that kind of opportunity.

SK all the way!
