What's your predictions?

Beechwood "wins" handily. Senior dominated Beechwood team versus a rebuilding Conner team.

I agree. Conner has too many question marks. Beechwood is, and this may sound strange, but they are a veteran team although very young at the same time.

 

BW reminds me a little bit of Cooper 2012 where they had a lot of sophomores, now juniors who got a ton of l,aging time the year before and are all experienced at the varsity level.

 

They have a JR QB who actually started since the playoffs of his freshman year. They have JR WR's who have been starters already and many of their defensive players have experience. I just think BW is ready to put last year behind them and if they don't win this scrimmage handedly they may be taking two steps backwards and I just don't see that happening. If they do lose, I wouldn't want to be in the coaches shoes because the haters will start coming out of the woodwork

 

The only question I have about BW is how is their running game?

Beechwood has 19 senior that has played alot. watching practice the alot depth at every position. .rb you should see Studer, Erdman, Caldwell, Stringer

I would disagree that they very young, 9 of 11 starters on defense are seniors, and on offense 7 of 11 are seniors. Their running game looks pretty solid, they are going to throw Studer, Stringer and Stokes at the opposition, potential to be a special year.....only time will tell
