Pioneers advance to the 8th region championship game against Anderson County.

8th Region championship on Thursday night at Henry County. Sk vs. Anderson County at 6:30. Great job Pioneers!!!!

Collins didn't bring their A game and dug themselves too big of a hole. If you do that against a team like SK you go home. The Titans made a great comeback though after the game was suspended until the next day due to lighting. It was a tough ending to a great season for Collins who finished 28-4 and ranked #4 in the state despite all that they lost from last year's state tournament team.

 

The Collins senior class went 101-29 in 4 seasons winning 78% of their games in the first 4 years of the school.

 

Also, senior infielder/pitcher Paul Miller was a starter on the soccer, basketball, and baseball team this year. All 3 teams were ranked in the top 25 (soccer and baseball top 10) and had a combined record of 68-13-2. That is pretty impressive to play 3 sports and have that much success.
