I think Bell takes a step forward in 2014. The Bobcats took some lumps last year but were very young. Still don't think Bell will be back to vintage form, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit to see Bell make a run to the State Finals if they can begin to gel.

Bell returns back to their form. They lost 6 seniors and have a lot of returning starters.

Bell will be better but so will most of their opponents. They could go 8-2 or 5-5 real easy.

But Bell will be better than their opponents. IMO they could go 9-1 or even undefeated in regular season.

Bell County had a cookout last weekend for parents and players. I was really impressed with the way the kids looked. You can tell they have worked very hard in the off season. I expect good things this upcoming season. Bell County could have a very memorable season. they might be able to finish what Wayne Co couldn't last year.

How many does Bell have out this year?

 

Maybe it's just me but it seems Bell's numbers have been a bit down the past 3 or 4 years.

 

It's sort of funny but I think for the most part Bell is flying a bit under the radar for what experience they have coming back.

 

The question that remains to be answered is how much ground will Bell be able to make up as a result. Bell County at the start of October wasn't within 5 TD's of the top handful of 3A teams. Bell County at the middle of November was probably 14-20 points away from the top teams. I think it is very forseeable that if Bell hasn't closed that gap due to graduation that they can by the end of this season for sure.

Bell only lost 7 due to graduation. Bell will have around 50 players. Down to around 800 in the school. Loss of jobs in the area has really hurt.
