Not to take anything away from Rowan, because this is certainly a good win for them, but didn't Hutchinson sit out this game?

 

For my money, Wilcox at Ashland, and Hutchinson at Fairview are probably the two most underrated players in the 16th.

Wow! If Fairview was at full strength, then this doesn't bode well for them, going into the districts.

 

I can tell you one thing - the 29th District / 8th Region isn't nearly as exciting to watch as the melee that is about to begin back home.

Whats going on with the Eagles?

Nothing is wrong with the Eagles. They lost at Greenup without Hutchinson and playing at Rowan on senior night is not easy.

The Eagles have been looking forward to next Wednesday's game against Boyd County for the past three weeks. They will be ready to play and they will play very well.

Everybody is 0-0 after this weekend.
