February 13, 201412 yr Author starting around 1 am to about 4am NKY will be looking at the chance of .10" of ice there may be a break from the precip until around mid morning then light snow will start to fall. Around 7 am WKY from around Evansville to Paducah to Fort Campbell will see snow. It seems that by Friday evening most areas along to Ohio will see up to 1" of snow. There looks to be a pocket around Owensboro and Hartford that could see around 2" by Friday evening. Looks like most areas south of I-64 and south and east of The Bluegrass PKWY will be looking at rain. It should be changed over to all snow around 7 pm. Maybe around 1-2 inches. Amounts in those areas could rise are fall according to how fast the rain changes over to snow. The first system seems it will clear the state by Saturday morning and we will see a break. There may still be lingering snow showers. Another system looks to move in by Saturday evening. This looks to bypass WKY but area from about the I-65 corridor to the east will see more snow. It looks to be heavy at times in the NKY area. This system should be gone by Sunday morning. As of now, looks like a wide spread 2-4 inches with localized higher amounts possible. Should get a better handle on the Saturday system tomorrow.
