NC and BC are in different districts. Nicholas County is in the district of Harrison Co, Robertson Co, and Pendleton Co. And this district is one of the only ones in the state that does not seed, they do a blind draw.. Which is a topic for another thread..

 

Wow...I can't believe I made that mistake. I clearly wasn't awake this morning, especially since it's my own district. As far as seed/draw debate...
