Allen Central 60 Raceland 53

Featured Replies

I know the Allen Central fans thought they got the short end of the stick last season at Raceland with the officiating. And there was some discussion on BGP.

All quiet on this game so far, what's the scoop?

TBF, do you know what the free throw difference was in this game? I'm sure it was way in favor of Rebels. Sparks was on bench with 2 fouls before even playing 2 minutes.

Raceland got sloppy with the ball in 4th. Some of it had to do with AC's getting by with pushing.

I was told tonight that the FT was 31-9 in Allen Centrals favor.

Also heard the game was tied 51-51 with 1:30 to go.

That is unreal!!!!!!

Game was close throughout. Raceland led at the half. Tolliver and the Rams were flat. I expected to see more from Tolliver in the contest after what I had been reading on here. Coach Johnson pulled his first 5 3 minutes into the contest, I guess because they came out so flat.

Allen Central wasn't impressive by any means. Yet they were able to hang on for the win, even after Raceland made a push late.

Game was called in favor of Allen Central, Raceland came out flat which allowed the officiating to affect them I suppose. But after last year's visit to Raceland, I guess things are even now.
