Lafayette had lived dangerously all tournament and tonight it really bit them. Too little, too late, and the problems of turnovers down the stretch arose again.

Hats off to the Lexington Catholic Knights, who came in with a great game plan, didn't let the Generals' pressure bother them, and made some open shots.

Really liked Reese Ryan's game and Michael Talbot has improved so much from what I remember him being. Dence played exceptionally well too. I think he has a nice future at the small college level.

Told BluegrassCard during the game, I'd take Reese Ryan on my team any day. Kid does NOT care to get his hands dirty. Nice player.

Salesman doing a great coaching job. Getting a lot out of this team.

Agreed.

LexCath is just a bunch of hard-nosed basketball players. I love watching them. It will be a war in this region but I hope they can make it out. Jarod Griffin is a tough customer too, cant say enough good things about this team.

Today's Herald Leader said Reese Ryan finished with 4 points, 8 boards, & 6 dimes.

Also said Jackson Davis finished the tourney with 94 points and 46 boards.

The stats I saw had LexCath's Jarod Griffin as 19 for 19 from the line in the tourney.

Kid had ice water in his veins last night, that's for sure.
