Sat down just as Caleb Longacre hit a three to put Fairdale up 54-40 halfway through the third.

Updates will be sparse until such time as I finish the French Fries I just bought...

Much appreciated As they are available.

A couple nice plays by Johnson Central's big forward Shane Hall have brought JC to within 7 with 1:52 to play in the third.

Surprised by what a big team JC is. They were playing three guys 6'6" or taller as the third quarter came to a close.

Fairdale still leads 61-55.

JC's Kyle Gullet hits a DEEP three to bring it down to four. Then McPeek makes it two with a layup.

62-60 Fairdale; 6:00 to play in the game.

Cory Thomas' speed proving to be Fairdale's biggest asset at the moment. Two baskets and a free throw in the span of 30 seconds stretch it back out to 67-62z

72-66 Fairdale.

JC's Shane Hall is really impressive. Nice moves with the ball for a 6-9 kid. It's helping his day that Fairdale simply doesn't have anyone big enough to defend him.

Timeout, 2:51 to play.

Longacre layup puts Fairdale up 74-68.

How were the French Fries? :lol2:

Fairdale goes 3-4 on a couple trips to the free throw line while JC misses a couple three point tries.

Fairdale 77-68 with 1:27 to play.

How were the French Fries? :lol2:

You know, not bad at all. Especially from a high school gym concession.

Fairdale's guards doing a nice job taking care of the ball in the waning moments. Several trips to the line.

But JC manages a three at the other end to bring it back under 10.

Fairdale leads 81-72 with a minute left.

Fairdale's Terik Mason misses two free throws but JC again fails to capitalize on the other end.

Fairdale 83-72 with 14 seconds left...
