Decent upset, yes. If for nothing else than the fact that Russell County is considered better than district rival Clinton County, which rocked Monroe County 76-63 last week. Monroe County didn't impress in their first three games much, but have the two head turning wins in the region this year in back to back wins over Barren County and Russell County.
