very fast paced game as you can tell by the score. A lot of layups shot by both teams. Taft the more disciplined team tonight. Their starting lineup was all over 6'0" and I wouldn't say they lacked fundamentals. Too many turnovers and missed free throws for Scott. Game was about a 8-17 point advantage in the 2nd half as both teams made several runs but the Eagles just couldn't get over the hump.

Taft did not look as you described. Super quick team with a bunch of athletes. They got Scott running and Scott could not keep up with them. Scott seemed to get a lot of the calls as well. The Eagles probably will not face a quicker team all year.

 

First time watching Jake Ohmer play and the kid is special. I believe he had 11 last night. Also Blake Schneider is a very very good player. I honeslty thought this Scott team would struggle this year but they appear to be much better than I thought they would be.
