Close game. Cooper had the ball with about 2 minutes to go trailing 12-6. Cole Hicks intercepted a pass for Beechwood and returned it for a TD. Justice and Wilson scored the other two TD's for the Tigers.

Two Defensive TD's in this one. Fumble Recovery and Interception to seal the game. I don't understand why the Little Tigers are so up and down. I was very impressed with the hard running from the Tigers.

Sounds like it was a fun game to watch. It sounds like Cooper played much better than in the past few games which is nice to hear. I've seen several of their games and they have some nice players and I love their coaches, just seems at times this year the team has given up too easily once they get behind. they haven't played really good since the Cov Cath game which was close for awhile but when they fell behind a couple scores they just seemed to toss in the white flag and I know the boys are better than that.

 

Hopefully a close game like this gives them confidence now.

They definitely didn't give up in this one. Down 12-0 with 3.5 min left. They scored and then immediately forced a 3 and out for Beechwood. They got the ball back with 1:45 left. Unfortunately, I believe 1st play was a long pass that was intercepted by Cole Hicks and returned for TD. Then they looked dejected...
