This game appears to be a bit of a mismatch on paper, but should make for some entertaining viewing when these two schools meet for the first time. They already have great rivalries in a few other sports, most notably soccer and basketball. There should be a lot of attempts at one upping the other team and student section at the game. Who ya got?

Was just about to enter my Staying Alive picks when I saw this thread pop up....HAD South Warren as a winner this week....now re-thinking that. Thanks, I think!

South Warren 21-7.

If SW wins big, it legitimizes their high standing in the BG/SKY area as well as in 3A.

 

If they just win by say 7 or less, then it legitimizes them as a good team, but negates some of the hype they have about them being a contender to win the Western half of 3A.

 

If Gwood wins, it is a huge boost for the Gators and gets them on track after a bad start....and a reminder that they are still big brother to the Spartans.
